Who we are
Lado House is run by Brian Li, Sofia, Bulgaria. For anything about your personal data, write to hello@ladohouse.com.
What we collect
When you request an invitation: your first name, email, preferred language, the formats and times that interest you, anything you choose to write, and confirmation that you’re 18 or over and agree to this notice.
When you write to us as a partner: your name, email, message and what kind of partner you are, plus your organisation, role and phone number if you give them.
We don’t ask for photos, dates of birth, addresses or payment details, and we don’t ask guests for a surname.
Why, and on what basis
We use your details to reply to you and to send invitations to gatherings. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps you asked us to take (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
How they are handled
Both forms send your details by email to our inbox through Cloudflare, which hosts this site and processes them only to deliver the message. The site doesn’t store them in a database. Our inbox is provided by Google (Gmail).
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EU, protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep them
Until you ask us to delete them, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact.
Who we share them with
We never sell your details. Apart from the services named above, which handle them on our behalf, we share only your first name, and only with the host of a gathering you attend.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no personal profiles. Cloudflare also keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Write to hello@ladohouse.com and we’ll reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
